Law Office of Edward Sampson
Our Attorneys

Edward Sampson, attorney, has an impressive record of results. First and foremost, he is a proven trial lawyer. Unlike advertising lawyers, he works up every case with the intent that it will go to trial. If the insurance company truly knows your attorney is prepared and qualified to go to court, they are more likely to offer a fair settlement.
Edward W. Sampson is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. After graduating from South Texas College of Law, Edward was admitted to practice law in State of Texas in 1998.
Since the start of his law practice, Edward W. Sampson has focused on representing individuals and their families in claims arising out of the negligence of others. Edward learned early his career that a personal injury lawyer must have a strong work ethic in combination with trial experience to adequately represent a client in a personal injury lawsuit. In this day and age, large corporations and insurance companies vehemently refuse to accept responsibility for their actions. It takes an experienced lawyer who will diligently work with the injured party to recover what was wrongfully taken from them.
Edward's practice areas include wrongful death, medical malpractice, nursing home malpractice and abuse, premises liability, tractor trailer wrecks and pharmaceutical liability. His experience has given him the knowledge and background to seek the full measure of damages in the significant cases that change the lives of families in Texas so quickly.
